If you interested in adding help on the contents of the data shown in a grid you can use RoboHelps smartHelp control and set the help topic/help file dynamically from table information in the rowcolumn change methods of the grid just like controling the backcolor of a selected row. THis is not help about the control but rather help about the contents of the data displayed. This is really powerful if the user has data that may need additional explaination regarding content.
In a care plan builder application we added a helptopic/helpfile fields to the tables and build a helpfile(s) that contained DATA related information. For example, if the user were adding a element about hypertensive care the [?] button on the form would display a help popup about the care plan, etc. If you are interested I can put together a small sample and post it.
