Actually, you can run Solution.app from VFP\Sample\Solution directory,
then open ActiveX\Automation in the treeview of samples and you will find the sample with MS Graph ("Manipulate display characteristics of a graph").
If you don't see MS Graph control (actually, it is called MS Chart Control) on the toolbar among your ActiveX controls, open Tools\Options\Controls and verify if the checkbox for necessary controls is checked. You can also add necessary OCX controls from there.
