You may be able to pull it off without literally putting the different field types on top of each other...you may be able to stack them vertically and use "remove line if blank" to get the desired effect. But the key is to have one cursor containing all the information, with a field that serves as a flag to determine what kind of record needs to currently be printed in the detail band.
