>OK.

>It was a dark and stormy night. Dirk stayed at the office late that night, hoping to get a sneak peek at his company's new resource management application. After his last co-worker called out a farewell and stepped into the night, Dirk mapped the network share where the application resided.
>
>'Let's see', mused Dirk as he scanned the shared directory contents, 'Ah, this must be it - OurRM.EXE'. Dirk knew he already had Visual FoxPro 7 runtimes installed on his computer and that with a simple double-click, he could launch the executable.
>
>'I could figure this out tonight!', exulted Dirk. 'Tomorrow, I can be the expert on this and that'll be an edge at raise time!'.
>
>Dirk double-clicked on the executable and waited as the application loaded. 'And here it is', he chuckled, and began to explore.
>
>A 'Projects' toolbar button beckoned to him. Dirk clicked on the button. A form appeared with some project information and a simple commandbutton with the caption 'New Resources'. Dirk shrugged his shoulders and clicked that button.
>
>Suddenly, a modal form sprang up. In the center of that form was a grid! And the grid required input! Frantically, Dirk tried to tab out of the grid's first column, but it mocked hi, showing a drearily grey 'Invalid Input' message at the top of the screen at each attempt.
>
>With the last of his strength, Dirk pressed and help the Control and F4 keys, then the Alt and F4 keys, but to no avail.
>
>'Aiyee!', screamed Dirk, as he slipped, dead, to the floor.

A lone red fox watched this senario from across the lake. As the fire light glittered in his eyes, silence once more returned to his domain. Dirk's last cries were finally gone....peace at last, he thought, as he fled into the wood, to family and familiar surroundings....where he felt safe and needed....
