>there is a class called winzip manager which can control the winzip software as ziping files and exctracting them into folders, it is like a backup procedure can be used in any software, you can find winzip manager in download section but they did not put how to use it, so I need if some one used it before to tell me how to use this class with small example of ziping the files and extracting them also.

There is a very complete help file supplied with Rick Borup's winzipmgr. You might try reading the Help Page entitled "How To Use WinZip Manager". It tells you where the .PRG and class library files should be placed when using the class. Rick put a great deal of work into documenting the class in great detail. To add files to s Zip file, you call the AddFiles() method. To extract files from a Zip, you call the ExtractFiles() method. Each method in the class contains sample code for how to use that method. It even tells you how to build text files that contain lists ofd files to add or extract. If you read the couple of screens that describe how to use it, you'd be done by now.
