Thanks for the suggestion, but I discovered that the problem runs even deeper. I cannot rebuild the application from a limited account -- for that I also have to go to an Administrator account. When I try from a limited account, the error message says that FoxPro cannot write to the cursor.

From what I have read, the situation under Windows 2000 may be similar. I am surprised that I am the only one complaining about this.
