You might want to check with the ISP on that. The hosting market is so competitive now, you should be able to work a better deal with your ISP.
If it is an issue, they could always host their own web server; but I'm not sure that addresses their security concerns. Why does he want it updated so frequently? Why not just ftp the table itself up every 6 or 12 hours?
