Yes, you can set this on the ODBC connection configuration. It is unchecked.

FWIW, when the connection is made via ADO, the cursortype is 3 (static) and locktype is 1 (Read Only). I have looked at the foxpro SQLSETPROP() and it doesn't appear to have anything like these I can set.
