actually you have 2 possibilities according to the two following ways:

1) Use MM with multible DBCs (MM cna handle more than one DBC)
2) Use MM with only one DBC

1) If you want to go this way, wich I would recommend, you can use Qstart to create project and the MM Specific Database. Then just read through the chapter "Specifying Additional Database Containers" in Dev Guide you will get all information needed how to put in the 2. DBC you already have.
Once you habe done this you can use the second DBC and its content in all Builders....

2) If you want to only use one DBC you can move the generated MM stuff into you DBC, either by hand or via XCASE (which I would reccomend).
But I really see no reason that speeks for using only 1 DBC!
