this is a meaningless error. The SOS folks tell me they have problems integrating with VFP's use of the SCCAPI. I have forwarded the problem on to Jim Saunders, the idea being to get the VFP development team talking to the SOS development team, but haven't heard back from Jim yet.

BTW: the same thing goes for having to log onto the server over and over again.

These are the only two real pains in using SOS.

BTW: you will find, I think, a small performance gain by upgrading your VSS to the one that comes with VSS .NET (VSS version 6.0c). Also, the latest version of the SOS client/server (came out a couple of weeks ago) provides more than a small gain in speed.
