Just tried ths but it didn't work.
I also looked for the Load and Unload Device Drivers on windows 2000.
But I can't seem to figure out how to change the default groups without usermanager.

This allows the user to create thr PDF using both the CDINTF and FLINTF drivers. I was getting some false positives with the User right "Load and Unload Device Drivers", but it appears that just the membership in the Print Operators group has solved it.
