Rob,
two things. 1st, you must run Winfax on each computer by itself before trying to use the SDK stuff. That is, send a fax using just Winfax by itself. It seems that this installs some things that the install program dosen't. Like maybe (but I'm not positive) the registry enteries.

Two: Take a look at Download ID# 1283 here. It might help you.
