Thanks for the response. I don't know much about SBT and I am getting my feet wet due to this problem. I have setup our system in a test environment and located the two tables. I am not sure if I want to make any changes to them at this point. I didn't completely grasp on what to do about the closing to get the ending reports could you possible help me with that explanation. We want to get the ending reports and then proceed with a new fiscal year. Jan02-Dec02. What would this year be called then Fiscal year 03?
