Essentially, the Saudis want Israel to pull back to pre-1967 borders and give up eastern Jerusalem. From a purely military pov it's madness if the Israelis take this offer - though the whole land is hugely war-weary.
It isn't going to happen. Russia's going to get into the picture soon and they're going to get absolutely creamed...
