My application send out report in email to other users,i would like to include hypertext email link (mailto://test@msn.com) in the description of the email,how to do this.

cSubject='Dear sir/madam,please find attached report , if u have any question please send email to (i need the hypertext here) for the name is diffrent than the sender.
