I have seen no mention of the problem being solved, and assume it still exists. If you have any larger program, you are supposed to split it. This is a good idea in general, but in the case of certain automatically-created procedures (example: TaxRI, which improves on the RI built-in into VFP), there is no practical reason to do this - apart from the 64KB limit.

On the other hand, personally I didn't see a single case where a big procedure was rejected.

The limitation is for a single PROCEDURE or FUNCTION - not for the PRG file.
