A misguided point. A good faith negotiator would have accepted an agreement that provided 99% of what was being asked. Hell, 50% is even acceptable to most negotiations. I can't believe you still think Arafat is negotiating in good faith for peace after rejecting that kind of proposal. If he were to step up and admit not accepting the proposal was a mistake and make a reasonable counter proposal, then I would start to believe differently, and then only if he started prosecuting his followers for terrorism and violence. Then again it is impossible to prosecute cowardly, suicide bombers.
