I want to put together a program to pull data from excel spreadsheets. Each sheet has several different tabs. I may need all of the tabs sometimes and may only need the third or fourth or etc. tab in a spreadsheet. I then need to put the data into a spreadsheet with different tabs in it.

There is one spreadsheet that has more than on header line also.

I know you can append a spreadsheet into a table. I just don't know how to get the tab I want. I would like to do this all in VFP 6.0 if possible.
