I thought of that, but here is what is weird. They are both running on my machine. I run the development version on C drive, but when I compile, I copy that to X drive (server). Then I have a shortcut to run that EXE on my desktop. When I launch that EXE is when I get this error. It is the same computer though. Really weird. It can not be the security setting on the server because I am instancating my local version not the server's version. (just so you know I did check that anyway and they are running same version of IE.)
