>What metrics we must follow to measure VFPer skills? I mean, what skills are for basic people, what for intermediate people, and what for advanced people?

Basic level: you tell them how to do it and they know what you're talking about.

Intermediate level: you tell them to do it and they already know how.

Advanced level: you tell them to do it and they ask you to choose between at least three ways to do it.

High level: you tell them to do it and they already explained which way is better and why.

Guru level: you tell them to do it and they have a very good and convincing explanation why that won't work, and tell you what to do instead.
