On another note with Crystal itself. I was just foolin around with it. I am pulling data from 3 tables (Physicals, LabTestsDone and Prescriptions - all free tables). I started placing the fields in the details band and asked Crystal to Group it by Patient Number and Date. It does, but what I see happenning is that some fields like BP, Height Weight are continuing to repeatedly display when I actually don;t want them to. Example:

REPORT HEADING
Report Date:
Doctor:
Patient Name:                              Date of Physicals:
_____________________________________________________________

BP:     HR:   etc........(this keeps repeating)


General Appearance:  (this keeps repeating)
Head and Neck: (this keeps repeating)

......
...... (all from physicals table)

Prescriptions:  (list all medications prescribed)

Labtests:  (list all labtests ordered) (this is the 3rd table)

Diagnosis: (from Physicals table)
Management: (from Physicals table)
Progress: (from Physicals table)
