Paul, do you have a sense that if I built everything with SQL pass-through, I would be using the MM framework well or ignoring much of what was there. A simplistic dichotomy but I think you see what I wondering about.
I've used VFE 5.0 extensively for one large project and I have a feeling that those parts of the framework that I'm not benefitting from are actually slowing down the stuff that I do use.
Using VFE as an example, it is highly oriented to DBCX. Well if I undertand Bob Lee's article, with SQLPT there might not even be a DBC.
