I used the Hackers guide when I went to clients. It was the best reference in one volume. Taking chapter four out of the printed book makes it worthless to me. To add to my indignation is the bait and switch aspect of preordering only to find out later that the publisher has done me a great service by removing the most useful part of the book. Why didn't they print chapter four and put the remainder on chm for download.
