Yeah I know VFP will look inside before the OS, but I did *NOT* have the file open yet. Plus I was trying to navigate("test.htm") and the browser was giving me an error of ActiveX control is Unsafe. So I "assumed" it was security settings. I tried everything. Come to find out, if you put the HTM file on disk IE could find it and the problem went away. I thought it would look inside the EXE first, but for some reason IE could not, but VFP can. I guess that is what is happening, unless someone else knows why this did not work.
