Has anyone here found any way to successfully control newer HP printer tray selection from within the any of the Crystal Reports print controls? We have an applicatoin that has all reporting written using Crystal reports, and have had no problems controlling tray selection with our HP 5Si's, because they list the trays in the format that Crystal's controls all use (Upper, Middle, Lower Trays). Unfortunately the Crystal control objects do not have options for Tray 1, Tray 2, Tray 3. We have found ways to embed formulas with PCL commands to control it, but it's client/printer specific at that point, and we don't want to have to customize reports (for obvious reasons). So if anyone, and I mean anyone, can help, or has successfully found a way to control the tray selection for Tray 1/Tray 2/Tray 3 setups in the Crystal Controls or reports, please help.
