Apparently, the LONG data type or LOB datatypes cannot be used in WHERE clauses. So how do you do text searches of large fields in Oracle? I simply want to do something like:

SELECT * WHERE table.field LIKE '%Hello%'

How do you accomplish this for LONG or LOB fields in oracle?
