API #12730 gives you a complete example of usage for coping files with directories. Click on Autolink, copy the code into a program, add parameters, download ClsHeap class from Download section here and you've done.

If you don't want to use this function, you can find another file #10010
in Download section by Gregory Adam, which also gives you functionality to copy and move files...
