It took some time to get back. Re: "Human resources" - there are various programs relating to the organisation, what unit a person belongs to, if he has a "position" in the organisational box, who is he subordinate to etc. Incredibly, all the applications of this type that I have seen (quite a few) are totally divorced from the salary system...I am trying to convince a large customer that we can write their salary system for a fraction of what they currently intend to spend.
My French is pretty good - I probably can read such a document.
