We are making progress. If your getting a message about your IP address not being found in the pg.hba.conf, and your not on a linux box yourself, and the message is not coming from your end, then that mean postgres on my Linux box is talking to you. I'm going to add your IP 216.254.81.133 to the pg_hba.conf file as trusted. Give me a while to set you up, then anytime after that, try again.
