Max, when you build the package for deployment you must make sure that you change the destination directory for implode.dll to the C:\Winnt\System32 directory. By default it tries to install it to the App.Path. However, then when it actually does the setup it cannot locate implode.dll. I think i have had this same error you are talking about and this might be the solution.
