Perhaps you could take the CHM to a copy shop and have it printed and bound. It would probably be $10-$15, and it sounds like it's worth that to you.

>Having a client that has painfully slow internet access and will only provide a 2x cdrom makes using or downloading the chm impractical. I use the book also to relieve eyestrain. In general I am not bothered by the size of the tomb. If I were to have my choices met the rest of the book could be put on chm and chapter 4 printed. My 6.0 version is in pristine condition for everything but chapter four which is used the most. Everybody but me may find this to be completely the reverse of how I perceive things. But the point of the books usefullness is chapter four and my ability to hawl it where my clients are located. My apologies for being so retro but I stare at a screen to much and find the book usefull
