The problem I see is that there is lots of general database theory which doesn't apply to VFP. Still interesting, of course.
What bothered me more is that it seemed to imply that Full Rushmore Optimization was a desirable goal - in reality, sometimes it is not. In particular, an index on
deleted() will show "Full R.O.", but it can still make queries slower in many cases.
