Sure, though the problem you'll run into immediately when attempting to define 'depravity' is that you will find that there are a lot more folks who are for no limits than there are those for limits.

I'm for limits. I'm also for punishing those who abuse and if they want therapy they can leave their cells as many times a week as needed.

I think that those in positions of trust should have the book thrown at them. The only trouble I've seen (on the flip side) is the rush to judgement that can happen when, say, some very stupid teenage girls falsely accuse some teacher. There should be the ability of the falsely accused to seek reparations from those who have slandered them - including news outlets IMO.

Several years back a little girl was kidnapped in the neighborhood we used to live in. There were apparently some strong suspicions that she was used in a 'snuff' film though no charges have ever been brought to my knowledge. Can you imagine that there are those who get sexually aroused at the sight of the abuse, torture and death of an innocent 5-7 year old? Those individuals will some day stand before a holy God who knows their very thoughts and justice will be finally taken care of.
