>We are having a problem with an outside firm that is creating some art work for us. They are using MACs to create this Jpeg image. But everytime they email the file to us, we can't bring the file up. And, if they send it to us on a Zip drive, our PC can't even view the contents of the zip disk.

Jerry;
There are two JPEG standards that I am aware of PICT/JPEG, and JFIF/JPEG. To my knowledge the Mac uses the former and the PC the later. Be careful though – I got rid of my Mac about two years ago – not enough customers to warrant keeping it! Things always change and you should ask what standard and software are being used to create your files as well as review your own technical requirements. Be sure you understand and communicate what is expected.
