>What's the best way to send an automatic email in Foxpro for Windows 2.6?

I once created a little polling application in VFP that ran on a server and looked in a table for emails to send (it actually did more than that) - then you just have to enter a record in the 2.6 table with the details and have the VFP application handle sending the message.
