>We are having a problem with an outside firm that is creating some art work for us. They are using MACs to create this Jpeg image. But everytime they email the file to us, we can't bring the file up. And, if they send it to us on a Zip drive, our PC can't even view the contents of the zip disk.

If they are producing the art in one of the applications that run on both PC and Mac, they need to save it in a PC compatible format. Adobe, Corel, and Macromedia products have that ability. As for reading the disks that they send you...there are two choices. They can use a disk formatted for IBM compatible or you can buy software from most any software dealer that will allow your PC to open and read Mac files.

IMNSHO Beware of Mac bigots. They can be a pain to work with, and I say this as a Mac owner and user who is also firmly in the PC world. They are nice machines, I like the RISC platform, and if Mr. Jobs had allowed clones, the market split would be very different today.
