I'm interested in how others are handling the problem of maintaining Database Containers in the field.

Do you ship a complete set of empty tables and a new DBC and programmatically import/append the data?
Do you just ship new tables and updated DBC and REBUILD the tables?
How about instances where the client can legitimately add their own data objects?
Do you use a third party product to do this? If so what is it and is it flexible enough?
