I have noticed two settings that have helped in my experiences - both are available from the "Application Properties" option from the menu.
1. On the "Host Operation" tab, set the "Video mode selection" to "Compatibility"
2. On the "Remote Operation" tab, set the pcANYWHERE cachefile size to "Disabled"
