Title:
ISA NIC that can be at high-end of i/o base addresses
I have a BlueChip Computer with ISA bus slots and it is crammed with lots of H/W requiring most of the I/O Base Addresses in the low range 0200-up and need to install a ISA NIC but most of them can't be configured to a high I/O Base Address and when they install to IRQ 11 or 10 at 200-2XX or whatever, windows 95 thinks there are no conflicts but when I run the NIC diags, h/w in the machine connected to the BlueChip starts doing things (like its getting data).
Does anyone know of a way to get our Linksys Ether16 or our 3Com 3C509b-TPO to work on a high i/o base address? Or is there another way?
