Has anyone encountered wierd issues with VFP running on a Arabic machine?

VFP7 SP1
NT4 SP3

Each time we run the .exe it generates a C5 Error almost immediatley.

This same .exe and data have been tested in approx 15 other languages & platforms with no issues.
