Without seeing EVERYTHING relating to the FLL, and every step along the way in it's creation, what I have to offer is pure speculation.

However, just off the top of my head, if it's saying that the library is invalid, I would check the libraries you're #INCLUDing to make sure they're the right version. I had that bite me once before. The library compiled ok but the supporting infrastructure didn't match what Foxpro wanted, so it didn't work.
