I don't see a conversion like that any where either. If no one else finds the answer, here is a couple of suggestions. You could convert the time to 24 hours mathematically and then display it or you could check the string value to see if AM/PM exists and then adjust the size of the text box accordingly. I hope someone else has a better suggestion, but at least the above is a solution.
