help!

I've recompiled my application under vfp 7.0....everything seems fine except one of my customers has encountered a problem. I have one other customer who is also using this vs. and does not seem to have the same problem. The customer that is not having the problem is running the software on a peer to peer network, and all computers are running under the Windows NT OS. The customer with the problem is running the application using one computer as the domain server. The server is running under Windows OS NT 4, the workstations are running under windows 98. Before I ask the customer to upgrade all their computers to run under the same operating system...I would like another opinion.

The customer is trying to print a cashreceipt report and gets the error message:

error message 2.2004.440
error loading file - record number 5. Baseform1 .
Loading form or the data environment : Update conflict

This is the only report that they've reported this error on. All the reports are located in the same directory when I do a build.
