Thanks a lot for your help...
I tried what you said. It's a little better. Maybe I'm dreaming of a solution that is not possible :)
We used to program applications using VFP native database. We open files directly and we bind VFP grids directly on it and it's very fast (of course). Now we're trying to make a n-tier solution that would work either with VFP databases, SQL server or any other database depending on the connection string... In a context like this, i'm realizing that grids are not a good solution and it's a problem for me because my customers are using grids everywhere right now and the new version of my software won't be able to use grid in the same way... I was trying to make a new solution without having to teach again my customers how to use my software... But as I said, maybe I'm dreaming !!??!!
Thanks again for your help !!
Best regards
