The future of VFP is in the hands of:
The designers of the product (not marketing or support) who keep enhancing it with great, high quality features that VFP developers need.
Which aspect of VFP need to be improved, in your opinion:
It would be nice to have
A. More RAD features (Consistant and familiar designers, more Object Oriented versions of existing components)
B. Interoperability with other database clients (Improved OleDB Support, Imrpoved Database events)
For the "types of app" there clearer question would be:
"How are you using Visual FoxPro in depolyed applications:
Desktop Application
Client/Server Desktop Application
As a Web Service
As a Web Service Consumer
As a Web Server (HTML, XML, ect.)
As a Client to a Web Server"
You coudl also ask if and how you're using the OleDB providor.
And in the last question, (this is more of a nitpick) Java.NET should be J#.NET
