Go to the server page that shows the X and do a view source. I think you will find that the path for your images are incorrect. More than likley pointing to localhost or a directory that is not set up as Virtual directory on the server.

Of course, a gallery is also shown with all the existent images in DB. Locally (\localhost\) everything works perfectly, the images are kept inside the table and in a folder for such end. The gallery looks magnificent, BUT! When I upload it to the server (DomainDLX) the images are not shown; instead it shows the unpleasant rectangle with the small red cross. I repeat, locally functions perfectly.
