Solved.

I add the following in the application setup.

* Load the form containg the ACTIVEX
PUBLIC ActiveX
ActiveX=CREATEOBJECT('ActiveX')

The init of that form is putting the form to -1000. But, it was still the active form.

I put _SCREEN.SHOW().
