SELECT SECONDARY command confused too many people.

Seriously, BASIC has always (regardless of source) been a far more popular language. I remember using a version on a HP1 back in the late 70's. BASIC has almost universally been used as a means of teaching programming logic to computer science students and more folks are familiar with it.
