I do not use SourceSafe and run Win2000.

I also seem to lose compiled changes - I build the app once and it works - I come back later and it does not work. The compiled code and the text code are as they were before the change. I then have to compile all when I build to force the change.

Once agsin this has happened many times to me.

I know the code is stored in many places (bad data design). I seems it is finding an old copy - always one generation old.
