Hi Winna,
On the windows NT Primary Domain Server there is a file called lmhosts. What I would do is to search the WINNT directory to find where the lmhosts file is. Then I would copy it to .\winnt\system32 directory. This file has a number of examples of how to set up members of the domain. Edit the lmhosts file to setup both the NIC with corresponding IPs to names.
Next go to control panel and click on network. Under DNS make sure the lmhosts lookup is enabled. You might want to even browse to the lmhosts file just to make sure the windows NT Domain Server can find it. Try to reboot and then see if the windows NT Domain Server can resolve the names to the appropriate IPs.
